Delete your account

Flyway (Flyway ALPR Maps) is published by Warp Drive Enterprises LLC. You can delete your Flyway account and its data at any time, from the app or from this page.

Can’t sign in?

Email tryflywayapp@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your login: name, email, password hash, and Google sign-in link.
• All of your sessions, so you’re signed out on every device.
• Your profile, plan status, and saved Stripe customer and subscription ids.
• Push notification subscriptions and notification settings.
• Your affiliate invite code, payout email, and referral links (who you invited or who invited you).
• Any app waitlist signup with your email.

What we keep

• Camera pins, confirmations, and reports you submitted stay on the public map as anonymous community data. Your account is no longer attached to them.
• Payment and commission records, with your account replaced by a random placeholder, so we can meet tax and accounting obligations. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.

Subscriptions and earnings

Deleting your account cancels a Flyway Plus subscription bought on our website right away. There are no more charges, and the current period isn’t refunded. Unpaid affiliate earnings are forfeited.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and we can’t cancel them for you. Cancel before deleting your account, or you’ll keep being charged: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google.

Timing

Deleting from the app or this page happens immediately. Emailed requests are completed within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for more.
